Mike Givvin
President
In 1996, after graduating from Santa Clara University, Mike started working at Market 1 as a commission-only ad specialty sales rep. After a few years of struggle, he began to learn what the customers needed and what it took to make sure projects ran smoothly.
Having a good working relationship with both the customer and the supplier were a key component to him reaching a million in sales by 1999.
In 2001, Mike started BlueFrog with the idea to provide the high quality customer service experience he had come to expect from companies he worked with such as Sanmar, Leeds, Golden State Tees, Ash City, Sweda and many more. “The goal was to create a company that was focused on providing exceptional support to Ad Specialty brokers and retail clothing community so they were able to focus their time on finding more business with the comfort that their embroidery and screen print vendor was focused on getting their job done on time and making sure it shipped out looking great.”
Thomas Bartlett
Director of Sales and Support
Thomas comes to BlueFrog with over 13 years of experience working for screen printers, embroiderers, and embroidery machine manufacturers. In 1995 Thomas started working at his father's embroidery company sorting thread and running machines. Thomas was quickly promoted to operations manager and eventually grew the embroidery department to one of Northern California's highest volume contract embroiderers. Thomas was pivotal in starting and building BlueFrog from the ground up based on customer service. He brings with him extensive knowledge of what we do and what the needs of our customers are. He also is intimately familiar with the screen print and embroidery process.
Mei Ling Wu
Embroidery Production Manager
Alice has over 20 years of experience running embroidery machines and managing embroidery production crews. Alice provides BlueFrog with skills in running hats, bags, shirts, appliqué, 3D/Puffy embroidery, and more.
Brad Ramey
Director of Art
Brad brings over 20 years of experience in the Screen Printing Industry. For the past 15 years Brad has specialized in graphic design, including design work for national retail stores. Since Brad started with BlueFrog, he has elevated not only our quality, but has also strengthened our process. Brad brings his expertise in separating complicated screen print jobs, as well as his skill at troubleshooting on the press.
Binh Lee
Screen Print Production Manager
Binh has nearly 30 years of experience running screen printing presses and managing production crews for some of the most successful and well respected screen printers on the west coast. He has worked in every department from design, ink mixing, screen print product development, to the application of heat transfers. Binh specializes in High Density Printing, Chino Ink Prints, Waterbase Printing, Discharge Printing, Simulated Process, Oversize Prints and more. With the addition of Binh to our staff, we can now offer our customers a vast array of printing options. Binh has printed designs for Santana, Stevie Wonder, Metallica, Hot Topic, Gymboree, DKNY and many more.
Hien Nguyen
Project Manager
Hien has over 10 years of experience handling projects for ad specialty sales reps. Hien has extensive knowledge of the embroidery and screen print process, due to his years of work at both distributors and suppliers for the Ad Specialty Industry.
Linda Carrell
Project Manager
Linda has over 20 years experience working as a project manager at embroidery companies. Linda brings extensive knowledge of embroidery and the embroidery process to BlueFrog. Linda has experience in almost all departments of an embroidery facility including receiving, shipping, and running machines.
Kshama Pandit
Project Manager
Kshama has been with BlueFrog for over 2 years and has quickly become an asset to BlueFrog. Kshama earned a masters degree in fashion and textile forcasting and has her bachelors degree in textile printing and weaving. Kshama effectively manages our largest retail customer and manages all of our store programs.
Lesa Schultz
Project Manager
Lesa was hired on as a receptionist and quickly moved her way up to be one of our strongest project managers. Lesa is very effective at her job, due to her attention to detail and desire to excel at customer service. Lesa is our new customer ambassador, and is in charge of making sure our new customers have a great customer service experience from the moment they place their first order with us. Her attention to detail allows her to introduce a new customer to the BlueFrog process in a seamless and thorough manner.
Fifi Washington

Fifi has been in the promotional products industry for over 8 years. She has worked on both the distributor and supplier side. She has been instrumental in helping BlueFrog grow by providing superior customer service. Her bright spirit combined with her attention to detail ensures some of our largest customers are very well taken care of. Fifi has supported multi-million dollar brokers, so she knows what end users need and how to make it happen for you.
